Kevin McMahon
Kevin McMahon is an Operating Partner with Plexus Capital, a private equity firm that invests in lower middle-market companies. In his role, he partners with CEOs and boards to help shape strategy, accelerate growth, and drive operational results across portfolio companies. He currently serves on a number of boards, supporting leadership teams in achieving their long-term objectives.
Prior to his current role, Kevin served as CEO of Optimal Blue, a leading mortgage technology firm, where he led the company through a successful sale. He originally joined Optimal Blue as Vice President of Client Services and Hedging Solutions before being appointed CEO.
Earlier in his career, Kevin spent 16 years at Genworth Financial (now Enact MI) in a variety of leadership roles, most recently as Senior Vice President of Customer Solutions, where he oversaw all commercial functions including product management, digital marketing, customer experience, and sales force effectiveness. He began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he spent eight years as a management consultant.
Kevin holds an MBA from Duke University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from North Carolina State University. He lives in Raleigh, NC with his wife and two daughters.
