Melissa Peregord serves as Chief Growth Officer for QC Ally. In this role, she helps build lasting partnerships by leading relationship acquisition and client success teams while also weaving the threads of innovation, product, and service to build QC Ally’s brand, create awareness, and drive industry thought leadership.
With 25 years of successful relationship development and growth experience, Melissa is credited with helping organizations build structure and procedures to help manage enterprise relationships. For nearly the past twelve years, she worked within the Rocket Family of Companies — most recently managing the company’s top 20 bank relationships as Director of Bank Relations. Melissa comes to QC Ally from Stavvy where she served as Enterprise Accounts Director, helping build out Stavvy’s relationship management processes and procedures. Focused on transparency, trust, and building deep and loyal relationships, Melissa has won a multitude of awards for her expertise in relationship management.
